Black Sloth in the Spotlight – Cyryl Zakrzewski’s works at an exhibition organized by NOMAD Circle
Organoid Cabinet is a functional sculpture – a cabinet made of recycled plastic, created from a Black Sloth sheet, set in a sculptural frame. The work was presented at the prestigious exhibition “Notitle 03”, presenting selected works from Rossana Orlandi‘s collection.
The artist emphasizes his fascination with living systems and organic forms, which he combines with artificial materials and geometry. Through his works, he explores the tensions between nature and civilization – a topic that has both worried and inspired him for years.
You can also see Cyryl’s works in Poland, at the exhibition “Cud, miód, ultramaryna” at the BWA Municipal Gallery in Bydgoszcz, ul. Gdańska 3. The exhibition will last until May 17, 2025! Worth seeing!
